Where can I get a plaque to hang on the wall - Pictures of Tourney Win

My nickname is Wacki. So I have the Wacki Serious of Poker tournaments. I want to get a wooden plaque and hang their pictures on the wall. Brass name engravings and all. Any recommendations?

Perpetual plaques seem to be what they are called. Too bad nobody seems to make perpetual plaques with multiple picture slots. They only have the one polaroid sized slot for the monthly picture. Unless I find clear plastic sleeve I can attach to a board myself, I guess this means spending $300 on a custom frame.
