Not capping the flop is OK. It allows you to see BB's reaction to the 3-bet, as well as setting up a turn CR for you. Is that what you were planning?

Turn: I would have checkraised a single bet, but not when it's 2 back to me. Time to grab something and hold on. If it comes back capped, then I fold.
