New to tournaments

I'm a beginner to tournaments and I would appreciate some advise on how to get to be a winning tourney player. I live in Vegas so there is no shortage of them. Can anyone give some advise perhaps on books or something. Ive played in about 10 so far and only won 1 . I was lucky. However these are 1 table tourneys. I would like to take down some 3-4 table ones.

Start by getting rid of that mentality /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I just got Harrington on Hold em and the whole book is about NL tournaments so it will probably give you a good start.

Second that. You HAVE to get lucky to win any individual tournament.
