View Full Version : Are you an idiot?

I have come to the conclusion that I am an idiot. In spite of the fact that I am crushing the Party 15/30, so many of the fine players (just ask them: they'll tell you how good they are) who are so freely offering their brilliant advice in the chat window. According to Pary table coaches you are an idiot if:

1. You beat their top pair or overpair with a straight or a flush. It doesn't matter how many outs you had, or how big the pot was when you called, bet or raised. If you make a straight or a flush you are an idiot, and you only won because the sight(sic) is rigged.

2. You just beat the table coach by calling his 7th bluff in the last 10 hands. Only an idiot would call down a brilliant player like the table coach with ace high or a small pair.

3. You played any draw agressively and hit. Everybody knows that you should fold draws, or maybe check and call really good draws. If you bet or raised without a made hand, you are obviously mentally deficient.

4. You cracked his big pocket pair or AK (which they limped with, because they are so smart and tricky that they don't want to give the strength of their hand away) with a flopped straight from the big blind with 75o. You should realize that a limp from such a brilliant strategist means a big hand and fold your trash rather than taking a free flop. In fact you should fold your flopped straight on the flop after they cap their unpaired AK because you don't deserve to win with that kind of trash.

Not only are you an idiot if you do these things, you are gay, he just had a threeway with your mom and your wife, and this kind of [censored] only happens on Party Poker.

You also suck if you win a big pot with AA, because that is the only hand you can win with, because you suck.

Yes, it is only when they do it runner-runner that it is a skilled play.

2. You just beat the table coach by calling his 7th bluff in the last 10 hands.

Gee, too stupid to fold, eh?

3. You played any draw agressively and hit.

Check and call, my friend. Check and Call. Maybe even just call on the river too. If playing live, always look at your cards twice between each check/call round of betting.

4. You cracked his big pocket pair or AK (which they limped with, because they are so smart and tricky that they don't want to give the strength of their hand away) with a flopped straight from the big blind with 75o. Absolutely. As soon as you make a big cash out, that trash won't hit on the flop anyways.

Correct. A really good player always loses with AA, Aces never win. That is why you should never raise preflop with them. Only a idiot that really sucks raises that hand preflop.

I guess the good thing is that these players think you're the bad player and will continue to be ignorant towards their own terrible play.

Another reason you are an idiot is that you have not learned to use strange spellings for curse words that will make it through the Party censors. To be an expert you need to know these things so you can make sure you can call the guy who drew to the nut flush a "farking moron."

live game 10/20. Guy next to me didn't get personal but went on and on how unbelievable it was cause my two A's held up after he cold called with 5-10 suited. He hit his flush on the turn, did not raise me when I bet into him, and then had a fit when fourth /images/graemlins/diamond.gif hit on the river.

oh yeah, i was UTG and he was lmp..yep. unbelievable is the word alright.

What's even more annoying is the table coach at 1/2. What the heck are you playing 1/2 for if you're so smart /images/graemlins/confused.gif
