BB is 86/13, and all the other players are donks, too. This is a bad time to wait until the turn because I have the nut flush redraw, right?

This is a bad time to wait until the turn, AA is not afraid of that many cards to come on the turn. It would make sense on a flop of 8 2 4 two of a suit with you holding TT in the same situation, but with Aces you have too much equity not to raise that flop.
