Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
3 folds, MP1 calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, 3 folds, BB calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 9/images/graemlins/club.gif, J/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets, BB calls, MP1 calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets, BB raises, MP1 calls, Hero folds.

River: (9.75 BB) 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players)
BB checks, MP1 bets, BB calls.

Final Pot: 11.75 BB

MP1 is an EXTREME calling station, something like 80% VPIP over 100+ hands, <.5 total AF, so I'm not sure his calling two bets cold on the turn really means anything other than "Hey I can call, let's call." Definitely a recreational player. BB has around 35% VPIP, total AF of 1.5, but the thing is, I don't really see anyone check-raising me on the turn without either

a) flush (in my opinion the most likely)
b) the straight (less likely but possible I guess)

Would you guys have folded here, or called down to the river just in case?

BB's numbers look fairly loose and aggressive. I think I'd call the turn check/raise.

He made the flush for sure.

Id call the turn check/raise and fold on river.

Nice play

So everytime someone check/raises a scary turn card it means they have it? I'll have to remember that.

That would be a pretty bad waste of 1BB.

Without a read I would probably call this down. If I have seen him check raise with good hands, I would probably fold. You only have one clean out since one of the other Kings is a heart. Besides a bluff, the BB could be raising with two pair, a set, or 4 to a flush. Lots of hands that you cannot catch up to.

I'm sort of the opposite. If I don't have a read, I assume the normal party player is not sophisticated enough and more importantly does not consider me sophisticated enough for them to check-raise on a scare card and have it work.
