QQ against a big old LAG

Villain is quite the lag. VPIP about 50, likes to bombard the pot with middle or top pair after the flop... I wanted to keep firing at him but the turn was a bit scary. Hows my line here?

I like it. Very tempting though to try a check-raise on the river given Villain´s stats.

Looks good.. Maybe CR the river but ther is a risk that he only check if he is afraid that you hit something. So bet is probably as good as CR...
