Did my undergrad and master's there. UBC rocks! By the way UBC = unending building and construction.

Also, I believe you have a poker club now, and tournament sponsored by River Rock?

Yes; constantly in the ridiculous MTT with blinds doubling every 20 mins and pools where the first place is a prize and cash goes to tsunami relief.

Playing in the tournies that the Armanian Club is ridiculous; I calculated that they take $2000+ since there approximately $4000 in the prize pool, and "$1000+ in prizes" are available. To top it off, they've increased the buyins linearly to $50 for the next one.

Nonetheless, I plan on playing in it.
