ICM

There was a thread a while ago with a lot of questions about the ICM. I'm surprised no one mentioned the link on my calculator page, "other info: history, algorithm, code, etc". I've now made the link really big and put it at the top of the page. http://www.bol.ucla.edu/~sharnett/ICM/ICM.html

I don't like the idea of people resolving the same old problems, reinventing the wheel so to speak. I've gathered most of what I know about ICM and put it there. I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff, like some old discussions on RGP.

Did bozeman really coin the term ICM? I did not know that. What a terrific homage to a much missed poster that we all use that term now.

Thanks for the link, but my efforts to learn to program are not very well motivated. That coding is still beyond my ability to decipher. I will be back in school this fall, and a programming class will definitely be on the agenda. Java tutorial is just not holding my interest.
