I'd bet about half the pot, and hope that he puts all of his chips in, or at least calls off half of them to chase the 4th club.

Push. Any bet commits you. Check is too dangerous as he probably won't bet without a hand he would have called with, he might check behind with a small club draw, and there aren't any river cards which will be likely to induce a call. Check folding is out of the question. Note that your raise on the flop was enough to make it incorrect for him to call even if he's 100% to win if he turns the flush (which obviously he isnt as you have redraws).
