Do you make this call in the 1st round of the Super Monday? I figured I had pot odds and the small stack might have overcards. I was worried about an overpair. I didn't put him on a jack with the big preflop raise of limpers. I also had some chance to make a set.

I haven't figured out the converter. This doesn't look too bad.

This is a HORRIBLE call. You are being laid pots odds of 2.56-1 for your draw to your set ([440x4+15dead+290]/290) which is a 11.12-1 shot (22.5-1 on turn plus 22-1 on river) assuming 45 unseen cards as opponent unlikely to have a 5, which of course is insufficient if you are indeed currently behind.

Although it is true many bad players there do play AK or another setless medium pocket pair in such a reckless manner with 3 other players, the mere possibility of same without a strong previous read on this player to that effect dictates a fold as any pocket pair larger than your own beats you, and even if it doesn't can still draw out to beat you while you have wasted 1/4 of your stack on that call. If you look for reasons to make bad calls in the absence of information that actually warrants it you can usually find it.

Fold preflop, definitely fold after the flop.

I would muck this pre-flop after the raise and two cold callers. You obviously can only play this for set value and the original raiser only has T415. So you don't have odds to draw to your set against him. Your only possibility of getting paid off when you hit your set is if the cold callers have hands like AQ and are willing to commit lots of chips if they hit top pair. They could also be coming in with a higher pair and if you hit your set you're toast. So I think there is little upside to this hand.

You're call on the flop isn't horrible. He could certainly push with a fairly wide range of hands because of his stack size. I think it's a pretty close decision and given the hit you'll take if you lose I don't think I'd make the call.

I wouldn't have called his raise PF with 55's and him only having 445 chips. You figure with his raise and stack size he's probably going to push on any flop. So by calling PF you're looking at risking 1/2 your stack on what's going to be a race at best. On the flop your going to have odds to call his push against a lot of overcards and possibly a bigger pair. That's a lot of risk with only 945 chips to hit your set. Your only upside to this is a potential sidepot with the bigger stacks who also called PF. Just don't like the risk/reward in this equation. Early in a tournament with BB 10/15 i prefer to see a flop with a small pair as cheaply as possible.
