Background: Been running good on $100, which I'm now severely overbankrolled for. Decided to try to phase in $200 starting today. First hand I am dealt AK. UTG opens for 15, UTG+1 (who will be the villain in the hand in question) pushes for 90. All fold to me, I fold, UTG folds. So far so good. Three hands later comes the hand in question:
