Not sure if my checks left me too vulnerable to free cards. Should I have lead out with the flopped nuts or just let them bet it for me like they did?

On a sidenote, Hero lost a bit on the hand before and didn't reload before this hand, that's why Hero doesn't have $25.

Did you really fear someone making a boat? You had the absolute nuts on the flop and the turn.

I'd have raised the turn, one or both would have come along with you to the river and if you'd played the river the same, the outcome probably would not have changed.

I think I'm just trying to regain my confidence back. I've been playing extremely weak/tight lately after taking my first big downswing (9 buy-ins in 2 days) and I'm just trying to reassure myself that I wasn't on one big lucky streak in the beginning.

I think I mis-titled this post though. It probably should be, "Did I extract the maximum from my opponents on this hand?"

So would a raise to about $5 or $6 be good on the turn?
