So I was at the local B&M last night and was playing $200max NL, $5-$2 blinds. My stack is about $425 and villan has about $210. I've never played with Villan before and he's only been at the table about 2 orbits. I've seen him open semi-bluff under-bet the pot into about 4 players with a flush draw. Also based on how he "carries" himself at the table, I sense he's fishy.

UTG+1 limps, MP1 limps, I limp in MP2 with 99, Villan limps on the button, SB mucks, BB checks. 5 to the flop.

Flop ($25) J /images/graemlins/spade.gif 9 /images/graemlins/spade.gif 5 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

Checks to me, I bet $20. Villan calls, BB calls.

Turn ($85) Q /images/graemlins/spade.gif

BB checks, I check, Villan goes all in for $185.

BB folds. I muck.

Comments on all streets please.

I would probably bet about $50 on the turn, hopefully get a cheap showdown, and if not, see a river cheaply and hope to stack a flush with a boat.

And muck of he raises on the turn and muck if I don't hit the boat on the river (assuming he only calls the turn)?

Does anyone else check-fold this turn? Or is it 100% player dependent?
