hmm, middle pair w/gutshot drawing possibly drawing dead with dirty outs a plenty - i would say this is a routine fold.

Thought so, though I forgot to mention that the turn raiser was a LAG.

Well if you have seen him raise a wide variety of picked up draws, middle pairs, etc - maybe you can call down. But given the absense of reads you fold and while the SB is an extra variable, he would be equally happy with more paper and crayons so he can continue drawing.
