Does Empire have a time bank for tourneys?

Just busted out of empire's 200,000 tourney on pocket kings. Does empire have a time bank for tourneys? My opponent took a long time to call and it looked like he ran out of time. However, a new countdown started again for a full minute. Tried to find some info on empires site, but no success. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
