Going to Shreveport this weekend. Anyone know where I can find the low limit hold'em or O/8 tables?

Hollywood Casino is the only room that spreads poker right now,

Binions horshoe is supposed to have poker soon, but it is still up in the air.

I will say this: stick to the low limits(10-20 and below)...there are rampart rumors of collusion in the higher games, and a buddy of mine caught some people doing it some time back.

Is this at the Hollywood, you mean?

the only games that are really higher than the 10/20 at that casino is the 20/40 and the 5/10 or 5/5/10 no limit game. Are you talking about these games?

From my experience, these games are populated by the better regulars, and while (the games) aren't terrible, they're not always great. Multiple times I have decided to stay at a 10/20 game over the 20/40 just because the game was that much better.

PM me with more details, if you can.

What games do they have below 10-20?

4/8 and, strangely enough, 5/10. Why they bother having two limits so close, I don't know. Hollywood is by far the worst poker room I have ever played in. The games at that level were good, but I'm talking about layout and atmosphere. I've said this in an earlier thread, but I'll say it again: it's like going to a restaurant and being seated in the kitchen.

Earl the Hollywood is a dump for sure smoking at the tables trash everywhere huge crowds terrible staff. Plan on waiting forever to get a table some people waite six hours on a weekend to get seated. When I go I leave early and try to get to the casino by nine in the morning so I don't have to wait so long to get on a table. The 4/8 is a good game as is the 10/20 usually a few more rocks in the 10/20 but they are plenty passive. The steakhouse in the Hollywood is kick ass.
