I think this looks good. Flop is worth a call, but a raise clears the field.

Yelled at for 10 minutes? I think that is good table selection.

There was one other line I was thinking of. Raising the turn when I hit my flush draw was viable I thought but since he was a LA-A i figured he would 3-bet again and I didnt want to pay three for the river even though I had 13 outs to improve to beat his likely TPGK.

Anyone like this line better than the one I used?

Raising the turn would have been bad. He's not going anywhere.

Raising here will usually buy a free card. In addition, clearing the field is a GOOD thing as it may buy outs (a hand such as A6 may fold) or keep others with weak draws from continuing with the hand.

Good play, I have often raised the flop to see the river, with 8 /images/graemlins/spade.gif on turn the flat call was good and the river, /images/graemlins/smile.gif

What do you do if he bets into you on the turn and your hand hasn't improved? I would fold. Anyone else?
