It looks like the villain this hand has a lower overpair like QQ or JJ. An A is certainly a possibility, but I'm not sure you have to worry about a raise because he could be worried you have a T. I'd be this river and reluctantly call a raise, expecting to see QQ or JJ more often than Ax.
