Anyone play in these? I know they just had the big $200 buy in one this past week, and are due to start a weekly Saturday series of a $100 buy in starting Feb 4th. I'd like to get a feel for how strong the players are in these. I typically play 5/10 and do pretty well.

Honestly, I was just at Caesar's yesterday and was surprised they were running two $200 minimum buy-in NL games with 2/5 blinds and a decent list. Now, how this relates to your question is 5/10 Limit is a totally different beast than a NL Ring game which is totally different than a NL tourney. However, those playing NL ring are going to have more experience to lean on in tourney's. I undertand they have this NL game running quite often. So, there are quite a few players getting experience. I imagine many play in the tourney and I would not be surprised if the tourney field is pretty good. With that being said, I don't know as I've never played in any of Caesar's tourneys.

It was nice to meet you at Caesar's, Stew. I think the tourney's are going to be very popular. I suck at tourney's so I probably won't play very many.

I sucked at poker Saturday, had bad luck but I could have played better.

I'll be up next weekend, most likely on Friday. The plan is 10/20 again.

Nice to meet you as well. Unfortunately, I am only able to make the trip to Caesar's once every so often for family reasons. Good luck next time.

Well I just called to sign up on February 19th. The only problem is they aren't having one that day lol. It is only 2 Saturdays in February along with a Tuesday and a Friday. It is every Saturday in March though.

Well I just registered for the tournament on February 12th at noon. I will be coming to Caesar's Friday the 11th to stay the night and play most of the night and will be leaving sometime on the 12th. Anyone else going to be there that weekend?

Yes, Caesar's In is happy to accept your plastic.

I will most likely be there Friday late afternoon early evening. I am a fat guy usually wearing a grey tweed hat.
