Both players are a tad too loose, around 25%, and a little too passive preflop, about 6PFR. Postflop UTG is the more aggressive.

I had this reply all written up explaining why I think its a pretty clear fold on the river. Then I reread the hand and found out that's what you did. So I like. Seems very straightforward to me.
