Help me open a new Party Skin account!

Ok all, I currently have Empire and Party and want to open a Pokernow and Intertops account. I went through all of the things listed in this (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=inet&Number=1520392&fpart= &PHPSESSID=) thread, but still can't get it to work on my computer. These included
Uninstalling Party and Empire
Deleting all cookies
Deleteing the calculator folder in regedit (i did the entire folder, not just the ucid thing)
using a new e-mail
restarting my computer

I did not run a registry cleaner because I don't know what that is/means.
What else can I do?? (aside from start on a clean computer).
I'm on XP and using DSL if that matters.

do it on a computer with a different IP address, while doing all of those tricks mentioned, and for extra measures use a different email address.
