3/6 Party (7 handed) - CO posts a $3 blind.

Pre-flop: Folded to CO who raises, folded to hero who 3-bets w/10/images/graemlins/spade.gif 10/images/graemlins/club.gif, CO caps, Hero calls.

i'd bet out/3 bet if he raises and go into call down mode if he caps.
it's unlikely he has the flush unless he's a maniac and capped pf with a queen or jack high, so i'd put him on something like a-k, q-q, or j-j since set over set is so rare, or maybe that's just me...
