Does Party consider tournament entry fees rake? I've seen several posts implying they are but it doesn't look that way from the affiliate information Party provide.

Tourney fees are added to your MGR.

Does that include fees from STEPS... so working your way up from 11+1 to 1000+65 ...will give you rakeback from ~120 in MGR ?
