I just moved from UB NL to Party limit and I read about people "watching tables" for their stats....i am (thought) very versed in the options in PokerTracker yet I do not seem to record table stats/HH's unless i'm sitting at the table...Am i imagining that you guys can record histories while simply "observing" or is there a way?

You have to configure the Observed hands feature. There is a good help in PT to tell you how to do this. The general thing you do is click Import automatically. Then click Configure observed hands or whatever. Then select to import observed hands (clear the do not import box) and then add the folder where observed hands are saved (the root of the skin - e.g. C:\Program Files\PartyPoker).
