Just another techie question (prolly simple)

I received a message "Microsoft XP has downloaded the latest update"

I was then informed that this was Service PAck 2. However, it later told me that I did not have enough free space. I have now freed the requisite space, but can not find where to go to install teh Service pack.

What do I do?

Start-All Programs-Windows Update. It may also be somewhere else on the start menu, but its there.

It is also at the top of your browser (if you are using IE) under the Tools menu.

The advice you guys gave me links me to a website.

Surely if SP2 is downloaded on my P.C, but not installed there should be a file I can find to install it?

you have your system set to auto update. since you didnt have enough disk space the install aborted and went away. when you go to the website you can start the install over and it will install.
