I know luck (and bad luck) is all a part of the game. With that said I have had the fastest fall of my short poker life.
I am in a $30 SnG on pokerstars. In first with 6k of available 13.5 chips. We are four handed. Blinds are 100/200. I am utg with 22. I raise to 675 the exact amount the large blind has (including his blind). I want to Isolate him if he is feeling the short stack got to play blues. He calls with A 10 suited. The flop comes A-2-6 rainbow. Turn and River comes 10-10 for a full boat for the bad guy. Very next hand I am bb and small blind pushes all in on me. This time I have the very same cards he had the previous hand, A-10 of hearts. I call the 1450 he has K4 os. He spikes the K on the river now I am fighting for my tournament life. I ended up in 3rd.
This is what makes this game amazing one hand you are in control the next you feel like you are drowning!!!!
Some one throw the life perserver.
