I'm confused. you have the nut flush draw yes?

I call this for 2 reasons.

1, you probably have 11 outs at the river. 2 kings + 9 flush.

2. This could be a hand like TT, JJ from SB. call the flop bet, bluff the scare card.

The paired board actually makes me feel more comfortable as I don't expect AA and I don't expect any hand with a 5. If he has 99, thats bad but what are you going to do.

I also don't expect something like A mediocre kicker to play this way, although its possible he is trying to move you off your higher kicker.

If this villain is good, a raise here won't drive him away because he can be almost sure you don't have the flush unless if you just happen to hold KQd.

I think I call here.

In these games I'm all for drawing to flushes on paired boards, and I'm not being sarcastic.

don't say stuff like that because I can't figure out whether you are being doubly sarcastic or not.

Its obvious I see the paired board but do you put him on AA? only reasonable made hand that underbets the turn is 99. But there are many other hands that would bluff the scarecard.

I'll put it this way, what would you do if you held AKo with the K of d?

easy fold without NFD, this time i call and fold to a good-sized river bet when i miss, value bet or raise when i hit a K/diamond (obviously).
