FIREPAY IS THE WORST!! READ!!

All sites should stop using this retarded payment service. Firepay is the worst payment service on the internet today.


They make it difficult for players to deposit their money, and make it even harder for you to get your OWN money back. I mean you have to wait 5 weeks to get a pin number just to get your orginal funds back. How absurd!


Their only funding method is by checking account. No more visa or mastercard. Like hell im going to give these maniacs my checking account number. So they can double dip and clean me out. F THAT!


Use paypal--May not be the best but A million times better than firepay and no fees to put money into site. AND YOU DONT NEED A FREAKING PIN TO CASH OUT YOUR OWN MONEY.

No im not--and actually I dont love paypal but think firepay is just the pits. Obviously you havent used firepay otherwise you would agree with me!

i have had 3 experiences with FIREPAY that made me stop using them 4 months ago.


all were the same. i cashed from site "a", who refunded to my firepay account. i initiated withdrawls, and then waited.


then i waited


and waited


called, started a case #


then i waited


emailed, NO RESPONSE


called, SECOND case number generated


so i waited


and waited


and freeeeeeeeekin waited.


cashout #1, 1300, 5 weeks to post to credit card

cashout #2, 800, 4 weeks to credit bank account

cashout #3, 600, 2 weeks to credit to bank account


was told, IN EVERY situation, that the finance department had "overlooked it", and it would be done soon...


finally found an officer of this company & sent Emails, which resolved situation #3 in such a SPEEDY fashion!!


i have NEVER had a problem with purchases, my credit cards were debited instantly, but u BETTER NOT be a winner, cuz the finance department is gonna make you wait..


AVOID these people.. i would BET granny-dad's viagra that there are hundreds of firepay customers that have NEVER had their cards credited back, because they trusted it would be done, but have been foolish about following through.


People that had alot of buy-ins & cash-outs through them have probably never reconciled their account properly, and are still owed money.. and if ya think they don't COUNT on these lost funds, you are NUTZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ !!
