i reported a player for what i thought was obvious all-in abuse a night or two ago

here is (most of) their reply for your interest and information:

"Thank you for your e-mail.

We have checked out the hand history, and we were already monitoring ******. For your information the player has now been warned about his method of play.

Obviously we do have several security systems in operation but welcome any feedback from experienced players.

You will probably notice that the all-in figure will be reset to 2.

We look forward to your continued feedback and patronage.

It wasn't me was it? My computer has a tendency to crash about every two hours and I get freaking reported for it wherever I go. It is not deliberate. The other day I crashed with AK flop came AAK. There were 6 callers. Because I was all-in I only picked up the pre fop bets. I notice no-one freaking reported me for that!

there is a timer programme, that goes with the paradisepoker analysis programme that everyone uses, called historygrabber

if you use that a "bell" goes off at 1 hour 50 minutes (or whatever) to remind you to reboot

saves all sorts of hassle
