Ways to avoid getting hurt by xchange rate?

I play on PS. I transfer $300 in from my £ bank account. Later I transfer $300 out. I lose about 7 per cent or so just because of exchange commision.

Any ideas how to minimise this?

Open a neteller account with a US $ Base currency.

Load it once from your bank / CC and keep your bankroll there, you can then move it from site to site and only get hit by the exchange rates once when you need to convert back to UK £ to spend winnings!

Alternatively play on a site thats allows you to deposit in UK £ and offers commissionless exchange
