That's not a semi bluff. A semi-bluff is when you bet knowing you are behind, but have a good chance of improving. You have little chance to improve. I'm not even sure you are behind until you are reraised.

You raised the big stack only 450 more in a 1500 pot. Rather than calling this a semi-bluff, I'd categorize it as "throwing-away-money".
