This room is full of tight bonus whores even the once great 6MAX low limit GBP games are fuggin horrible now..It's not worth it for me to play here any more even with the $315 a month in bonuses...these games suk ass and they have even less action and selection in their higher LHE or NLHE games!!
place is a wasteland

rant over hah

Yes, you're right. Everyone stop playing Crypto's immediately! Especially $1/2, GBP $1/2, and $1/2 NL between 6PM and 12PM EST! There's nothing to see, move on!

Yeah I agree, the Crypto rooms stink. It's absolutely impossible to play there, the software sucks, the support sucks, and every table's full of bonus whoring rocks. /images/graemlins/mad.gif

you gotta play at the right times which is between 6am-1pm pacific time. there are alot of tight tables for 1/2($8-$12 pots) but theres also a few tables with +$15 pots.

also right now at 4:09pm pacific time, i see 1 table with $15.41 average and another with $16.60. you just gotta find the right games at the right times.

not worth it for me.I've played here for 3 years and know all about optimal times to play...Crypto NLHE games died off about 3-6 months ago after being great. The low limit GBP and $6MAX games have degraded badly over the last 3 months...yes I'm generalizing but the pot averages in general are all down across the board in these games over the last few months...It used to be where you'd see multiple 6MAX games with 8.50-10 bb pot averages...not any more..plus the software is clunky and slow

What? That is literally the WORST possible time to play cryptos. You might as well be at PokerStars or Party. All you're playing are US players during that time frame.

I think an additional problem is that there is a rakeback deal available for new signups to pokerplex.

I can only speak to the NLHE full ring games as that's all I play, but when I cleared them this month I played only at tables that had 40-50% preflop call. That's a monster compared to any site really. It's just about picking the right times which tends to be late morning to early afternoon now.

Limit Omaha. That's all I'm gonna say.

I don't know man. I bought into Classic for the bonus a week ago, and playing 1-2 6 max I turned my $400 into $900 pretty easily. Players looked pretty bad to me.

the pot limit omaha high low games are unbelievable. they rarely seat a limit omaha hl but when they do that is also excellent.

If you are four-tabling crypto it takes on average about 12 hours to clear the bonuses at all six sites. At 1/2 that 160BB from bonus works out to an additional 13BB+ per hour for your trouble.

If you are a llhe player, I think it is definitely worth the trouble.

not if you play $3-6 and $5-10 in better, faster games...
I wrote that early last nite after burning off a PokerPlex bonus in a couple hours.I have run very poorly at most Crypto rooms last month or so specifically the PLO games and low limit NLHE and 6max games..I was frustrated but Cryto rooms have degraded badly in general over the last 2-3 months imo...

Yeah - should have pointed out that I was referring to the 1/2 USD and GBP games. I completely agree with the general consensus that crypto is ridiculously slow and that many of the games are squeaky tight.

Keep in mind if you do register for any of these sites you have to wait about 2 weeks for a PIN to arrive in the mail so you can cashout. You should create all the IDs at once w/o depositing and then play when the PINs arrive.

Poker Plex
Caribbean Sun Poker

Good point about the PIN but remember, you have to make a deposit before they will send the PIN out. I think the min deposit is $20 (??) so I would advise setting that aside in the account until the PIN arrives.

Except for Will Hill, it doesn't require a PIN.

They will also send you a PIN if you win money in a freeroll.
