Checkraises

If you get checkraised on the turn or river and you have top pair, do you fold? In both cases assume person is typical loose party 5/10 player.

Scenario 1: Opponet is Passive

Scenerio 2: Opponet is Aggressive

Scenerio 3: Flush or Straight Card just hit.

Scenerio 4: No scare cards.

Scenerio 5: Overcard just hit (you had top pair on flop.

If possible please say how multiway pot/overcalls will effect you decision. I know when I see a raise and a call I'm often more inclined to fold.
