WSEX praise!

I just want to praise WSEX for their excellent customer service! I was making a cashout, made some stupid mistakes, but got excellent live chat customer service, and got my money instantly! And I do mean instantly. These guys are really professional and nice. I just though that they deserved my good word to be spread. I'm just a very happy customer. I recomment them without reservation. Please try them. They deserve it.

OK, I hope you're right.I cashed out of three sites on Tuesday night.The TruePoker cashout hit my PayPal yesterday.Paradise sent me the usual it will be there within three days email and it hit PayPal today.I have heard nothing from WSEX(not even a confirming email)and it is not in PayPal yet.

I like the site but I'm not so sure about the customer service.

kdog - make sure you used same account to cash out you bought in with. i tried twice to cashout with no results then coustomer support told me to move funds 2 sports book first - pay pal got paid fast, and cheque arrived today - slow but pretty, and on miami bank - i like these people.

You do have to move poker funds back to sportsbook before cashing out.

This is the only flaw I found in getting very fast cashouts.

They are aware of this, and are going to make it more user friendly.

If you call, they should be able to fix it for you while you are on the phone.

My paypal cashouts from the sportsbook are in my paypal account in minutes.

same thing happened to me when I cashed out with all my money in my poker account. You MUST...I said " MUST " transfer from the poker account to the sportsbook account before cashing out or you will get NADA. Cashouts can ONLY be made from the sportsbook! Get it? Got it? Good.
