Only played 20 hands with UTG but she'd been tight so far. Is this a clear river value bet?

FYI, posts like this should go in the Small Stakes strategy forum.

With out a great read, I definately bet the river.

Eh... are you thinking a worse ace is going to call you? Flush draws and less than top pair are folding the river I think. Check should be fine, no?

KT/KJ/KQ maybe? I would bet the river. But maybe that's just a leak in my game.

Without a read, I would be more apt to check the river. The range of hands that I want calling this a value bet is very narrow. Ax with a lower kicker, and K. I don't think busted flush draws call this bet and unless a REAL calling station than Kx wouldn't call either. So with a great read (LPP and a high WSD%), i would be able to tell whether this is a value bet or not.

Somewhat tightish player from UTG, those are the hands I would expect to see most often. An ace hand would likely be folded or raised preflop. In a pot that was HU preflop I'm thinking a good K calls this river every time, lower pairs every once in a while too. I think this is a value bet situation. If you are raised, you can let go.

you might get better responses in SS.
