Trust the PF read

Immediately after the small PF limp/reraise I put him on AA, he had limped a lot of pots, but hadn't reraised on any of them. I just couldnt let myself fold it. Anybody trust a read enough to c/f here or fold preflop? Or should I expect 2 "cards happen" posts and move on?
