Any way to transfer and combine Party notes with other Party skins?

Any way to transfer and combine Party notes with other Party skins? Do you make multiple notes text documents or combine them all into one text document? What if the notes on a player gets updated on one site and u do another tranfer to update the notes? Is the new info updated?
