Is there anyone here that play NL Holdem that think that this book has helped their game?

I play only NL Holdem. And lately I found myself playing very poorly. Iv´e made a lot of weak calls, and also started to tilt. I know I´m doing wrong but still I´m doing it.

Could this book help me out with this?

Hi,

The examples in the book are all limit although the book is not an instructional book like SSH.

It is useful but I think the psychology of poker might be more beneficial to you from a tilt perspective.
