What is the new Raked Hand definition at Royal Vegas? - as compaired to the old definition?

Does anyone have experience with trying to withdraw winnings on the $10 free dollars without making a deposit? Basically, I've accepted the fact that I will have to deposit to withdraw some winings, but I'm trying to decide if I should just deposit the minimum and withdraw all my money as fast as possible or shoot for the max bonus. How long does it take to clear bonuses here at 0.25/0.50 level?

If you want to withdraw you have to deposit $20. I don't know anything about the bonus or how to get it.

Thanks. That still doesn't explain why the idiots in tech support keep telling me that only hands raked 0.25 count. I have not found that anywhere on the site. I wonder if that's what changed. The guy I talked to today told me that again and I said to give me a link to show me where it says the pot must be raked a quarter. He says, "You can find it right here: http://www.royalvegaspoker.com". (http://www.royalvegaspoker.com) I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Well, I deposited $20 just so I can cashout, so I guess I have to play 168 hands before I can cashout. Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere where it tells me how many hands I've played, and I still don't know if they're only counting hands raked 0.25.
