Yes, in order to break in as a male performer you almost always have to do it with a girl who will only do you (at least at first), OR be making your own productions, or have a buddy who produces adult material, etc.

Sending in a picture of your dik is laughable, as most men who perform in porn do not necessarily have a large and/or "attractive" penis. The guys you see again and again in your favorite pornos are there for one simple reason: they can get it up and PERFORM on cue. In front of a crew. Sometimes with a girl he does not find attractive. A lot of times with another naked, erect guy or two, if the scene happens to include multiple penetrations.

Think about it: would YOU be able to perform if what you're really looking at during most of the act is another dude's grinning face? Or his penis? A lot of the time, the guys in a three or four-way have to hold on to one another for support. Naked. Erect. You get the idea.
