Calculating winrate accuracy

Hi, could someone please explain to me how to calculate winrate accuracy?

I have seen posts explaining it in the past but I'm terrible at math and I didn't fully understand.

If anyone could explain it in simple terms for about 95% condifence I would appreciate it.
