How do you like this Allin Call? EV analysis requested

I wasn't in this hand, but wanted to know if many of you thought this was a good play by "Whatta Call." Also, if you like this call, does it matter what your hand is to make this call?

If you are really ambitious you can start figuring out the odds of calling from the BB with every hand at every BB level against several different ranges of raising standards.

I don't like this call at all, UTG raise alone make me almost fold here. Not to mention there is a all in caller. Maybe it's gambling time.
