$3 shipping.

Better than $20 for a DVD of the same movie but as a "new digitally remastered collertors gold edition special boxed set"

I own about 75 dvds, bought over 3 or 4 years, and not one is ruined. You really have to mark it up bad to hurt it.

If my movies were on VHS, I too would prefer to watch them on broadcast.

Everyone does this. There was a thread awhile back about how bad the censors were in movies on TV.

I will still watch Billy Madison on USA instead of the DVD because my DVD does not have the kickball scene that is shown on TV.

So don't scratch it, that is avoidable. Unlike VHS tapes which will just eventually just disintegrate.
