I am a new player and just started using PT so the sample size is very small but just wanted to get some initial feedback from more experienced users and players. Here are some numbers, some of which I'm not sure as to the significance yet.

All numbers from $2/$4

VP$IP 20.65 (a little high?)
VP$SB 54.5 (way high, leaking oil here?)
W$WSF 46.15
WentSD 42.3
WonSD 81.8(too high means I'm folding too much?)
PFR 7.6 (passive?)

Aggression Factors

Preflop 0.44 (ewwww?)
Flop 1.3
Turn 3.0
River 2.25

Any comments helpful and goal numbers with suggestions how to get there would be great.

how big is your database? Even if it's a small database several of these numbers tend to settle down quickly (to within 1% or so), VPIP for instance.

Based on your numbers thus far I'd say you're having a pretty good run.
Your VPIP and VPSB are a bit high (VPSB should be 2xVPIP, VPIP 17-18%) but since your WWSF is high (that should be closer to 35% if I remember correctly) I'd say you're getting better than average cards. Same with WSD and W$SD, although W$SD seems high even considering your WSD.

Don't worry about preflop aggression factor (you're folding 80% of your hands remember) PFR is a better indicator.

wait a few thousand hands and you'll see these settle down to more reasonable numbers.
