Transferring money to/from poker account

I apoligize if this is posted in the wrong area but this is the forum I'm most familiar with. I'm trying to figure out a way to easily transfer money to/from poker accounts. I currently only have a PP account and would like to take advantage of some bonuses elsewhere. I live in Maryland and, for some unknown reason, can not open a Neteller account. Neteller is rejecting all new Maryland customers. I'd prefer this process to be quick and free. Does anybody connect directly to bank account? Any other ideas?

It is my understanding that you can use Firepay to fund a poker account but can not use it to cash out. I'd like to be able to move my $$$ back and forth easily.
