I was playing 3 handed 30/60 tonight and there were some interesting dynamics.
Player 1 raises approximately 80-90% of his button hands. It's my sb when he's button.
Player 2 doesn't know how to play 3 handed. He's playing far too tight and folds his button at least 50% of the time. Maybe 65%. I don't know. Either way he's folding a lot.
Player 1 folds his sb to me approximately 80% of those times, so I'm getting my blind back 1 hand in 3 or so.
Even if I played equally well or perhaps slightly worse postflop I would still be making an automatic profit, no? I get a lot of my forced money back (as apposed to the other players) and the rest of the hands play like normal.
maybe this is boring, i just don't play much 3 handed and found this situation very lucrative.
