I understand the best play here will vary greatly based upon reads, but do people have a default play here against an unknown?

I think I like a raise on the flop, turn bet, river check. Folding certainly feels very wrong without a read.

my default is flop raise, turn bet if checked to, free showdown on river if unimproved. The reai tough decision comes when you're bet back into on 4th. That call would be entirely player dependent, as many would put you on overs, and bet out any pair. I think against unknowns I fold this turn if bet into again after a flop raise. If you are checked to on the turn, you must bet it though.
