Yes, there are many that are 100+200 in the Playtech group. Go with the Golden Palace group first (GP, Aspinalls, Flamingo Club, etc). The only problem is that they just restricted BJ for clearing the bonus, so you'll have to use the best VP game along with the double-up option to reduce HA.

Oops, sorry about that. I wasn't aware that some Playtech's had yet to change their T&C. Better hit those up first, as they will likely change soon as well.
