Just made my first deposit at Carib Sun. I understand that the $40 monthly bonus just appears in your real money account when you've met the requirements. But, there is a $150 difference between the amount I deposited (withdrawal limit) and my "Balance". Is the $150 an additional sign up bonus? If so what are the requirements? Or is it related to their casino?

It's the casino bonus. If you want to use it, and you may as well because it's free money, just play your poker first, then cash out all that you are allowed to cash out. You will be left with the difference that you can take to their casino and wager risk free. You can't cash it out until you meet the wager rate, but you don't lose any of your own money if you bust.
